This time I succeeded in not getting distracted!

Orlestat is slightly unhinged. "Way of asura" basically means "the martial way of killing", as far as I understand.

It's both easy and hard to draw Orlestat at the same time. Actually, scratch the "easy" part. He's just a lot of fun to draw but that doesn't actually make it easy...reconciling avian and human anatomy and physiology remains a challenge, and peregrine markings are crazy.

Of particular note is the two-hue undertones...they're particularly important for bringing out the "layered" impression that is Orlestat's generally messy plumage.
